It handles the same 1 3/4 inch round, 1 1/2 inch hex, and 1 1/4 inch square capacity as the HB 45/12 but adds four more stations — 16 horizontal and 8 vertical — so parts that need more cuts can be finished in a single index rather than a secondary operation. It indexes every 0.8 seconds on a 16,500 lb base with a 60 HP average drive, the highest-powered machine in the rebuilt line. RMW rebuilds every unit, valve, drive, and control back to original specification from a proven Hydromat casting and table, certified and warranted.
