HW 25/12

The HW 25/12 is a fully remanufactured Hydromat-type rotary transfer machine rebuilt by Revolution Machine Works for high-volume production of parts up to 1 inch (25 mm) round, 7/8 inch hex, or 3/4 inch square, at part lengths to 4 inches. Twelve horizontal and six vertical tooling stations work the part simultaneously as the table indexes every 0.500 seconds, so a finished component leaves the machine on every cycle — the throughput that makes rotary transfer the fastest route to mid-complexity turned-and-milled parts in volume. RMW starts from a proven Hydromat casting and table and rebuilds every wear system — units, valves, drives, and controls — back to original specification, certified and warranted. At roughly 10,000 lb and 30 HP average draw, the HW 25/12 is the most compact machine in the rebuilt line, well suited to smaller brass and steel fittings, fasteners, and hardware where cycle time is everything.
