HS 12

The HS 12 is a remanufactured Hydromat-type rotary transfer machine rebuilt by Revolution Machine Works for larger, chucked work rather than bar stock. It accepts blanks up to a 4-inch cube (or 1 3/4 inch round) and part lengths to 8 inches — roughly double the HB machines — across 12 horizontal and 6 vertical stations, indexing every 1.2 seconds on an 18,500 lb base to accommodate the larger workpieces. RMW rebuilds every unit, valve, drive, and control back to original specification from a proven Hydromat casting and table, certified and warranted. The HS 12 suits shops making larger cast or forged blanks — pump bodies, housings, and heavier hydraulic components — that need the throughput of rotary transfer at a larger part envelope.
