The HS 16 is a remanufactured Hydromat-type rotary transfer machine rebuilt by Revolution Machine Works that pairs the large-blank envelope of the HS series with the highest station count. It accepts blanks up to a 3-inch cube (or 1 3/4 inch round) and part lengths to 8 inches, worked across 16 horizontal and 8 vertical stations — the configuration for larger parts that also carry a lot of features. It indexes every 1.0 second on a 20,000 lb base, the heaviest machine in the rebuilt line. RMW rebuilds every unit, valve, drive, and control back to original specification from a proven Hydromat casting and table, certified and warranted. The HS 16 is the top of the rebuilt Hydromat range for operation-dense, large-envelope work, and the same base is also offered as a CNC-converted Servomat HS 16.
