The Servomat HS 16 is the CNC-converted counterpart of the rebuilt HS 16 and the largest, most operation-dense machine in the Servomat line. It takes blanks up to a 3-inch cube (or 1 3/4 inch round) at part lengths to 8 inches, worked across 16 horizontal and 8 vertical stations, indexing every 1.0 second on a 20,000 lb base. Revolution Machine Works builds it from a remanufactured Hydromat casting and table with a new chip conveyor, bar feeder, and platform, and DM2 Fanuc CNC ballscrew units under Fanuc 30iB control with 1–5 axis capability. Available with DM2 40/90, 55/120, or 55/200 CNC units, the HS 16 Servomat combines the largest CNC-transfer envelope and station count RMW offers with full programmability — the machine for big, feature-rich parts a shop wants to run under CNC at 30–50% below new-machine cost. AMT Machine Tools supplies and supports the Servomat HS 16 across Canada. Revolution Machine Works is an expert, independent provider of Hydromat-type machine repair, rebuild, and service with no direct affiliation with Hydromat.
